Custom Competition Drive Shafts
We can
supply custom length, competition specification drive
shafts to suit vehicles with chain drive differentials or
using alternative CV joints.
Often chain drive differentials move the position of the
output couplings from that of the original vehicle, this
requires that one shaft is longer and the other shorter.
In other instances, the differential will use different CV
joints from the original vehicle, this requires special
shafts with different splines.

price for a Mini or Sierra splined drive shaft is £195 +

For
custom driveshafts we need to know the following:
Type of Outboard CV joint (a sample of any non-standard
joint/spline is required)
Type of Inboard CV joint (a sample of any non-standard
joint/spline is required)
Length of driveshaft with outer and inner CV joints at
their closest possible position when installed
(Details of where and how to measure will be supplied -
ideally mock-up shafts should be made)
Note: Our Sierra style shafts (for Lobro 100mm OD, 86mm pcd
couplings) are supplied with circlip grooves at the outer
ends only and with longer splines
(This allows for extra travel in the suspension)
